Call for Exhibitors: International Exhibition Booths

As a new initiative at the Academic Conference (July 16–18, 2027, at Kazusa Akademia Hall), we are pleased to invite applications for our special "International Exhibition Booths."
This project aims to promote communication and showcase community activities, support initiatives, and other efforts related to Deaf culture.
Please note that there is a limit of one booth per company or organization.
We look forward to your participation!

Booth Fees (Flat rate for all 3 days)

・Exhibition Booth: €60 per booth
・Sales Booth: €75 per booth
　(Exhibitors are responsible for managing their own cash and merchandise.)

Each booth includes: 1long table, 1chair, and 1back panel.
・Setup & Take-down
　Setup starts from 15:00 on Thursday, July 15. Take-down must be completed by 15:00 on Sunday, July 18.
・Power Supply
　Up to 2 power outlets (500W per outlet) are available.
　Option: Add 1 additional outlet (500W) for €15.

Planned Booth Specifications

・Standard Booth Space: W1800mm × D600mm × H1800mm
・Table: W1800mm × D600mm × H700mm
・Back Panel: Push-pins and hooks allowed. No side panels.
・We will reserve seats for DHI 2027 registrants and exhibitors on the day of the event.

Optional Fees

・Each booth includes 1 Exhibitor Pass.
・Additional Exhibitor Pass: €30 per person (includes 1 additional chair).

Booth Assignment

Booth locations within the venue are currently being finalized.
Assignments will be announced to exhibitors in early July 2027.
Please understand that space is limited due to venue regulations.
Please note that all payments are strictly non-refundable.

Application Deadline

Monday, May 31, 2027
Due to venue capacity limits, applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis if interest exceeds availability.
